It was such a pleasure to welcome Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon to City Hall. Artist Simon Brascoupé, who created the Wayfinding Wheel that sits outside City Hall, explained his vision and inspiration dating back to his ancestry. It was also a proud moment for me to introduce our dedicated leaders to Her Excellency.
