Ottawa VOscars

Ottawa is a city of volunteers. I met many of them at the VOscars. I was happy to present Elizabeth Heatherington with the Mayor’s Award for Volunteer Spirit for her work with English Language Tutoring for Ottawa Community, The Ottawa Mission, Beechwood Cemetery, Cornerstone Shelters for Women, and many more. Congratulations to all the #TeamOttawa nominees and winners at the award show.
