Ottawa Veteran William Black

By the Ottawa Korean War Memorial the “Turn to Busan” ceremony took place Friday morning. Veteran William (Bill) Black, President of the Korean Veterans Association of Canada, who created this signature event, was on hand to mark the 70th year of the end of the Korean War. Mr. Black is also an active and longstanding member of The Royal Canadian Legion and works closely with service officers ensuring Veterans receive the benefits and services to which they are entitled.
