Prix Bernard Grandmaitre with Ottawa's francophone community

I recently attended the Prix Bernard Grandmaitre, a terrific event organized by Association des communautés francophones d'Ottawa. It was great to see Lieutenant Governor Edith Dumont, and nice to engage with Ottawa's francophone community on how the French culture is such a strong and vibrant asset for our city.
