The Hart Hub is now Open

The Somerset West Community Health Centre Hart Hub is now open. I was joined by Councillor Ariel Troster, MPP Catherine McKenney, and CEO Suzanne Obiorah to launch this new model of integrated care. Thank you to everyone whose collaboration made this Hub possible. This Hart Hub will improve access for our most vulnerable residents. It’s a place where housing and healing are delivered with dignity.
